TUCK SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TUCK. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

TUCK ships within Australia and internationally, including the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on destination.

 

3. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Estimated delivery times:

3–7 business days depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

International Shipping:

7–14 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or carrier delays.

 

5. UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING (DDP – DUTIES PAID)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

  • UK VAT is included in the purchase price at checkout.
  • TUCK is VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
  • No additional customs duties or import charges will be payable upon delivery.
  • TUCK manages customs clearance and tax remittance on your behalf.

Delivery timeframes remain estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

 

6. EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs charges depending on the destination country and order value.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.

 

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • shipping method
  • order weight or size

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

 

8. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear once the shipment has been dispatched.

 

9. DELIVERY ISSUES

TUCK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • weather events
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.

 

10. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to TUCK due to failure to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges (where applicable), the original shipping costs and any return shipping or customs charges may be deducted from any refund issued.

 

11. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photographs where applicable

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

12. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, TUCK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
