Exchange & Returns

We stand behind the gear we make. If something’s not quite right — whether you've changed your mind or received the wrong item — we’re here to help. You have 30 days from your order date to reach out and start a return.

You can return your TUCK gear if:

  • It’s within 30 days of your order date
  • It’s in original, resaleable condition with tags and labels attached
  • It hasn’t been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Please note:

  • Custom orders (like TUCK team kits or made-to-order items) can’t be returned once the order window has closed
  • Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a packing error
  • We don’t offer direct exchanges — we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund
  • For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned

How to start your return:

  1. Contact us at crew@tuckactive.com.au
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a short note about why
  3. We’ll send you return instructions and a reference number
  4. Ship the item(s) back to our Brisbane warehouse with proof of purchase and the return reference
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and confirm via email

Please allow a few extra days for processing once your return arrives, plus bank time to finalize the refund.
