TUCK RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL)
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn during training or competition cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Original standard shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law, including the UK and EU consumer cooling-off regulations.
2. FREE SIZE EXCHANGE FOR FIRST TUCK ROWING UNISUIT WEBSITE ORDER
We know a rowing suit needs to fit properly. To make first-time sizing easier, TUCK offers one free size exchange on your first TUCK rowing unisuit order placed through our website, with return shipping covered.
This free size exchange offer:
- applies to zooties only
- applies to your first TUCK rowing unisuit order placed through our website
- is limited to one free size exchange per customer
- is available for size exchanges only
- does not apply to other apparel, accessories, custom items, or team orders
To be eligible for a free size exchange, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
If you need a different size, please email crew@tuckactive.com.au with:
- your order number
- the item
- the size ordered
- the size you would like instead
Once approved, we will provide the next steps. TUCK will cover the return shipping cost for eligible first zootie size exchanges.
3. UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Items must be returned:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with tags attached
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Where VAT or applicable sales taxes were included in your purchase, including Delivered Duty Paid shipments, those amounts will be refunded where applicable.
4. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under Australian Consumer Law and applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:
- is faulty
- is not as described
- is not of acceptable quality
- is not fit for purpose
These rights apply regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact crew@tuckactive.com.au and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs
We will assess and respond promptly.
5. SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty or required by applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your eligibility for the first TUCK zootie free size exchange where applicable.
6. CUSTOM & TEAM ORDERS
Custom-made or team-supplied products are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
Custom and team orders are also not eligible for the free size exchange offer.
7. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or eligible size exchange, please email crew@tuckactive.com.au.
Returns and exchanges must be authorised before being sent. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

8. INSPECTION OF RETURNS
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reduce the refund where goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and function, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
9. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment. Where applicable under UK or EU consumer law, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
