How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed. If it doesn’t show up, check spam — or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — we use Shopify Payments, backed by encrypted gateways and secure protocols through our payment partners.

Can I return my order?
If your gear isn’t right or you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days to return it — provided it meets our Return Policy.
Note: We don’t offer exchanges. Just order the new item and send the original back for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel, contact us at crew@tuckactive.com.au within 3 hours of placing your order. If it’s already been shipped, you'll need to return the item for a refund once it arrives.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday within 1–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and service selected:
- Standard (AU): 1–5 business days
- Express (AU): 1–2 business days (if ordered before 1pm)
- International: 10–30 working days
